I need a battery powered electronic device which will flash an LED at a regular interval. I would like to be able to adjust the interval from 5 minutes to 30 minutes and I would like to be able to adjust the intensity of the LED. I asked ChatGPT how to do this and they recommended an Arduino Pro Mini microcontroller along with other components that are a complete mystery to me.

This is necessary for us to help with a neurological issue. I will be happy to pay for such a device.
