I am making a button box for my children and it will contain: 1 lever switch with LED, 6 seesaw keys with neon and 19 push buttons.
My problem is that I don't know anything about programming, so I would like to know if someone could help me to make the buttons work.
I am doing what is in the attachment.

That will work, there are some problems with switches that can be set in an "on" position rather than momentary and/ or multiple buttons pressed at the same time so you may need a diode in series with each button. Do you understand why?
Other than that, you need to work through many simpler example projects until you understand the coding sufficiently. You show the buttons - the input part - but what is supposed to happen when they are manipulated?
Look for "button matrix" in Google. Add "Arduino" and/or "tutorial" for more specific results.
