Parts help - First Project

Hello!
This is my first time producing an independent project and I would like to know what is the best , small ,contact , waterproof , body sensor that is compatible with an Arduino Nano/Every/Nano 33 , Pro Mini , Micro.

Hello, sorry what do you mean by body sensor? Are you trying to measure something from a human body (like blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.) or just trying to detect the presence of a human?

I'm trying to measure the human body temperature from skin contact with a sensor.
I don't need the temperture to be displayed on a screen.

That is a good first description. Now explain if you want to hold it in contact or tape it in contact or clamp it in contact or other method. Explain how long it needs to be in contact.
Do you mind if wires are also connected to the sensor?

How small is small?
By waterproof, do you it will be submerged in water, or just get wet?

I would like to almost stick it to the human body- I'm not really sure tbh.
My idea doesn't seem too feasible.

compact

How about a "waterproof" DS18B20?

You could tape that to the skin and leave it there for a while to warm up to the surrounding tissue temperature.

It depends on what you are trying to do and what the subject is expected to do with the sensor attached. There are various medical skin temperature sensors out there but you will likely pay a premium for a "medical device".

Also maybe take a look at this old post:

Yet another option.

Thin Film RTD

Thin film platinum RTD under a piece of surgical tape. This would require you to solder wires to the leads and prevent the wires from skin contact. The interface to the Arduino would be more elaborate than some solutions but would give you accurate repeatable results. Adafruit MAX31865 breakout

Sure it's feasible. Maybe not to you today, but keep at it for a few days, the how and the what will come with persistence.
