Performance problems with apple m1 silicon processor

When I use the Arduino 1.8.19 build my cpu usage goes up to 700%, everything is very very slow.
I think the problem is that the Arduino builded is for intel not for the apple m1 silicon, because when I look at the Activity monitor --> cpu --> sort: staat "Intel". Even running a very big java server has a cpu usage under 100%.

(sorry if it is in the wrong category but saw no category for the app)

oh never mind I later saw that there was a new build specific for apple silicon
