I think this topic fits well in this forum. But perhaps no competent person has come along in 6 months and been able to answer the question.
In any other forum, I can simply write a possible answer quickly. Here I have to tell a moderator that I might have an answer, then wait for it to open and maybe even explain why that might be my answer.
Incidentally, this is now one of the reasons why I try to avoid this forum as much as possible, as I find better help and answers to my questions elsewhere. Every answer, no matter how wrong, can be helpful and steer you in the right direction.
