I am trying to find an example of how i can use a portenta timer to take in a 10Mhz clock signal from a CSAC and then divide it down to 1 Mhz and then use this as a super accurate long term microsecond counter i looked at the TimerInterruptTest.ino For Portenta_H7 boards Written by Khoi Hoang which is very nice but i don't see any examples that would take in an external pulse and then divide it down and then count pulses. any help or a kick in the right direction would be very much appreciated. also i am using a Portenta H7 Lite on a Portenta Breakout board so the input pin needs to be something available on this board if possible. i was looking at the Timer ETR pins but am not sure if this is correct and also not sure if these are available and i would need some sample code to understand how to set these up and configure everything. Let me know...
Thanks again!
Cheers,
Jeff
