Powering Relay Board Issue - Losing MQTT Connection

I updated the image at first post, There are 3 relays; the one controlling the potential-free contact causes no issues. However, the two relays that switch 230VAC are causing problems.

Try these snubber modules on the relay contacts.

No, I suggest using the snubber module and following the recommendations given in the application note.

I installed the snubbers with this wiring:

Now, 230VAC is always present on the damper close and damper open pins

There will always be a small amount of leakage current through a snubber, so you may well read 230V but it should not be enough to operate the damper.

What is 'F' in your diagram?

F Is phase and N neutral….

When I turn on the 'open relay', the damper opens. But when I turn it off, the damper should stay in place, but it closes.

The datasheet doesn't say anything about the current used by the two control signals. If it is very small, then the snubbers may not work.
That is the big trouble with designing a snubber circuit, you need to know everything about the voltage you are trying to snub and the load being controlled. The snubbers I recommended work in most cases, obviously not here.

The damper has 1W consumption:

However, after I installed the snubbers, the disconnection issue that occurred when I actuated the damper disappeared

but it it doesn't work.
There is no one size fits all snubber design and mush is done by trial and error. At this point I can only guess what the correct R and C values should be.
