PWM frequency library

Hi...
I am getting an error InitTimersSafe() was not declared in this scope while running this code .

I have already added the PWM frequency library still i am getting the error.
I am using Arduino 1.0.5 version

From where? To where?

Have you confirmed that that function is defined in the library?

I have downloaded from this site and then I have added that folder to Arduino Library after Unzipping that folder.
