Hello Everyone,
I am deeply sorry if I sound like a newbie. I am a newbie, but I hope my question isn't too hopeless. I have been searching for a remote control unit that will simply turn a servo one way or another. I had hoped that there would be a simple path out, like a cheap, unfurnished kit with several receivers and one transmitter. I have yet to find anything that I can use: I don't know how to hook up receivers to the arduino, my base. If I could get a potential, cheap receiver/transmitter referral and how to use it with a servo, I would deeply appreciate it.
Thank you all.
How about one of these with one or other of the associated receivers?
The radio side needs no programming, and it's really just the same as you pushing a button connected to the Arduino by a wire.
Any RC hobby shop can sell you a cheap system with a single receiver.
No need for an Arduino.
@WilkyRL, you need to tell us exactly what you want to achieve and what range you need from the radio.
For example, do you just need a push-button that makes a servo turn one way the first time it is pressed and go back to 0 the next time it is pushed?
Or do you want a knob that can control how far the servo moves?
Do you want the servo to stay in position when you release the button or knob?
