re-using board but receive this message: espcomm_sync failed

Hi,

A few year ago, I tried playing with a ESP8266 and my Arduino Uno, but because of a lack of time, I've never had time to complete that project. And honestly, I don't remember what I was doing at that time...

Now each time I try to upload a new sketch (Hello word...), I receive the following error:

warning: espcomm_sync failed
error: espcomm_open failed

Any idea?

it's just another code 18... (18 inches from the keyboard!!!)

Last time I've played with a sketch (2 years ago), I've changed the board from Arduino Uno to ESP8266 and forgot to changed it back...

Like I said, sorry for that waste of cyberspace!
