Reading sBus or rx reciever values

How do you use the sBus or rx of a radio receiver with an arduino?I've been looking online for ages and I can't find anything. The receiver I'm using is the RadioLink R16F.

Any info to do it such as tutorials, links or just bits of it would be helpful.

Look closer to home. Have you tried searching for sbus in the IDE Library Manager ?
