Relaxation bracelet

Hello everyone,

I am sure most of you know that breathing can influence heart rate and heart rate influences how relaxed or stressed/alert the person is, so this device would be a personal guide to relaxation.

Device would be a bracelet with heartbeat sensor and a glowing/pulsing LED light or multiple LED lights.

Device would measure persons heartbeat and send signal to LED light telling it at what rate it needs to glow/pulse. Person wearing this bracelet would adjust/slow down their breathing according to LED light pulsing rate which will start person calming down. I have a chart of heartbeat/LED pulsing breathing rates.

Device needs to be as compact as possible with small batteries, is there anyone here that would be interested in assembling/designing such device?

such a device exists already and can do much more :slight_smile:

if you want to code something like this, you could leverage a LilyGO T-Watch and coding would not be very complicated

at about $50 it's hard to beat that price for something so fully integrated

Hello Jackson, thanks a lot for your reply, to be honest I didn't know this app existed on apple watch. Guess I will have to think of some new idea.
