Researching art and design using Arduino

Hi!
I'm researching the Arduino as a tool for new media art. If you have designed an art piece using Arduino, I'd love to include it in my thesis. I'm studying at Pratt in the History of Art and Design.

My general questions for designers and artists are as follows:

  1. Are your Arduino-based pieces interactive?
  2. Have you modified the Arduino board to fit within your design?
  3. What influences your decision to use Arduino in your designs?
  4. What motivates you to add code/libraries to the Arduino community?
  5. Do you work with a team to create your pieces or do you work solo?
