I have a set of pressure senders and similar gauges.
My question is is it possible to use arduino with them without upsetting the real gagues? Ie is there a way I can connect the arduino so it can read the sender as well as the gauge?

It all depends on what the gauges are. You can only measure a resistive sensor by putting a voltage across it and measuring the change in current. This could result in an arduino compatible voltage or not entirely depending on what you have.
