Sending data over wifi from one Arduino Yun to another.

Hi there!

I have an arduino Yun borad connected to 4 ultrasound sensors and I want to send their data over wifi to another arduino Yun and have the ultrasound data print to the second arduino yuns serial monitor.

Please can you help?
