Sensing wavelengths of light uv

I am new to Arduino. I bought an Arduino UNO R3 and a Waveshare UV sensor/detector for my Arduino through Amazon. I want to try to find out what wavelength a UVC source emits in nanometers.

I want to be able to output the UVC readings to a display or graph. How do I do install this item on my Arduino UNO R3? What software do I need to graph the UVC wavelength?

I appreciate feedback folks!

You need a UV spectrophotometer. The photodiode in the Waveshare sensor is responsive to all wavelengths between about 240 and 370 nm (see plot below), and cannot distinguish specific wavelengths in that range. datasheet
