Setup Eclipse - can't find AVR C++ Linker

I am trying to setup Eclipse for the Arduino. I'm following the instructions I found here:

Step 11 says to click on AVR C++ Linker
But I can't find AVR C++ Linker.

Is your project, by chance, a static library? If so, I don't think it shows the linker tab...
