Setup Eclipse - can't find AVR C++ Linker

I am trying to setup Eclipse for the Arduino. I'm following the instructions I found here: http://www.chipkin.com/articles/using-eclipse-with-arduino-duemilanove

Step 11 says to click on AVR C++ Linker But I can't find AVR C++ Linker. Here is a screenshot: http://www.flickr.com/photos/37101040@N00/5095481921/

Is your project, by chance, a static library? If so, I don't think it shows the linker tab...
