Sim900a mini gsm module not working

Hello

I am using sim900a mini v3.8.2 for my project with arduino uno. I tried to give 5v with 2A separate power supply but led is blinking very fast. I think its not getting registered with the network. But, the sim is working with mobile 4g sim.

I am confused. Can someone please explain me?
