Look at the emoticons used.. the reply wasnt snarky, or done out of anger (IMHO)..

Honestly your initial post comes off as just want someone to do it for you.
I wasnt clear you had attempted this.. had individual sketches working, but were having trouble merging things.
Making that more clear would have results in different answer/advice IMHO.
As for PaulS, well.. hes rather 'particular'..lol..
READING the temp of the LCD,... is not what you want.. (you want to read the temp from the TEMP sensor, and DISPLAY it on the LCD.. he making point of this grammar/usage, well,... because,.... its PaulS)
