Software to control 5 servos

I have my uno up and running, operation 5 servos with 5 pots. I would like to be able to operate the servos from my pc screen using a simple 5 slider arrangement.

Is there a simple software solution to this, bearing in mind I would not wish to have to write code if possible

I only know how to do it by writing PC software. This demo may give you an idea.
