Hello, actually I've one pH sensor and I bought for soil but I've a doubt , Is that pH sensor really for soil pH? and can I use this pH sensor for soil?. Is here anyone know about this pH sensor? and one more thing I couldn't find this pH sensor datasheet.
Thank you, but they used for water pH .
Just for demonstration purposes.
Why don't you try it yourself.
I tried but that's not worked properly that's why I asked. Anyway thank you
Hi, @Eva-55
Can you please post your code?
Can you please post a copy of your circuit, a picture of a hand drawn circuit in jpg, png?
Hand drawn and photographed is perfectly acceptable.
Please include ALL hardware, power supplies, component names and pin labels.
How are you comparing the pH readings, what are you using to independently measure pH for calibration?

What do you mean? Did not give the correct pH?
Did the light and temperature work?
yes it didn't give correct pH and I got this output:
pH Sensor Data: PH:10.89, W: 0, L: 0, T: 28,
pH Sensor Data: PH:11.52, W: 0, L: 0, T: 28,
pH Sensor Data: PH:11.77, W: 0, L: 0, T: 28
pH Sensor Data: PH:12.07, W: 0, L: 0, T: 28,
pH Sensor Data: PH:37.69, W: 0, L: 9, T: 28,
First clean it and rinse with water and dry.
Put in glass of water with water at least half way up the sensor
Yes, I will, but there might be some mistakes.
Okay, I will try this
Make sure the copper is nice and shiney like in the video.
You may need to gently use a scouering pad
That is fine, More important to make sure it is clean and try again
Okay, I'll make sure the copper is shiny like in the video. I'll use a scouring pad if needed. Thanks!
Sure, sure! I'll try it now.
No hurry, take your time
Hi, @Eva-55
I would think with all that metal exposed, the sensor is not designed to be permanently in the media that it is measuring, also that when not measuring should be cleaned and stored in a dry place.

Yes, I think so too. Itβs best to clean it after use and store it in a dry place to keep it working well. Thank you ![]()
I'm curious, did you make it work?
Have you found a description anywhere of how that particular probe works? I'm familiar with the glass membrane type but not that one.
