Solar powered health monitoring system

Hi guys,
I am trying to build a solar powered health monitoring system need help regarding the components required to build it.

first specify the sensors required?
this will give you some idea of the system IO requirements
will you require WiFi, Bluetooth/BLE, etc for remote connections?

Ill be using a heart rate sensor, temp sensor, solar panel and a lipo battery.
This project will be powered by the battery which in turn will be charged using the solar panel

if you do a web search for topics such as arduino heart rate sensor etc you will get plenty of links and sample code
test each sensor separately then when working to specification combine into a final project
if you require wireless/Bluetooth connectivity specify it now when you can setect a microcontroller with it built in rather than have to add it later

want help regarding how i can power the arduino using solar panel

More information!!!! Do you want to ONLY power when the sun is shining, or do you want to generate enough extra power to charge a battery so the project will operate over night or over several days with no sunlight?

Want to charge the battery so it can be used in night also

Adafruit has solar battery chargers.

Then you can compute the amount of solar energy needed to charge the battery and power your project for use at night. Be sure to get a charge controller suitable for your project.

can i use a DFROBOT 900mA MPPT Solar Panel Controller - Solar Power Manager Module for 5V Solar Panel - Support Solar and USB Charging for charging the solar panel

I don't know. You need the solar panel to produce about 1.5 times the voltage of the battery to be charged. What is the voltage limit of the charger?
