[solved]Arduino Burn HEX file as Bootloader

Hello! I am Noobs.

I made an Arduino Severino (using ATmega8) and it works, but the problem is when i upload ASCIITable and hit the serialMonitor button the arduino response is very slow, the ASCIITable shown after approx. 10 seconds.

but I don't know how to burn a hex file as bootloader in ATmega8. I only have an arduino Uno board, so I use it as an ISP Programmer. I already tried to modify arduino's board.txt to:

solved. Displaying ASCIITable in serial monitor only needs 2 seconds.

programmer: DFRduino UNOv2.0 ([reset- to cap+] && [cap- to GND])

i used this tutorial: http://playground.arduino.cc/Code/MegaISP

and modified step number 10: avrdude -carduino -PCOM1 -b19200 -pt2313 -e Uflash:w:t2313.hex:i –q (source)
