Suggestions for circuit drawer

so after a while of developign stuff on this setup

i thought it's time i should move on into a more permanetn solution
of permanent breadboard

the project invovles a nano, a D3231 RTC module , an LCD with i2C interface and 3 button membrane, eventually i'll design and print an box for all of that.
so currently i'm wondering about software to design this, i've heard about tinkercad and EasyEDA , easyEDA seems appealing cause it can also be use offline, but tinkercad seems easier, but i'm also interested in other ideas.

Kicad is an option too.

I agree with LarryD! KiCad is a great program and will take you from concept to the needed Gerber files for a PCB. Many of the arduino components are in the libraries making it much easier. It appears you do not have any CAD background so do not expect to be proficient in KiCad or any other CAD program in a few days.

i was hoping a small expirience in fusion 360 would help me ..

cause i'm also doing a 3d printed enclosure
