Personally I don't particularly like directly wiring MISO to the SD card, since the SD card runs at 3.3V.

Lift pin 13 of the buffer chip from the board (the enable line for the MISO buffer), and wire it to the CS line, so that the buffer output is disabled when the CS line goes high.
Alternatively, you can run software SPI to the SD card adapter, that way nothing else will need to share the MISO connection.
