The OTA (OVER-THE-AIR) image of Arduino cloud disappeared because of the re-download of OPTA com port. What is the error between the two?

I am a newbie and I have an OPTA and I am testing the connection between Arduino cloud and OPTA.
There are also sketches written according to Arduino templates.

First, if you create an Arduino cloud on the website https://app.arduino.cc/, and upload successfully, and successfully generate the OVER-THE-AIR icon.

However, my problem is that the OPTA "com port" will then become inoperable, and I have to download the "com port" installation again (just click download in the OTHER field).

After the installation is complete, two "com ports" will appear. One of them is required for the OPTA connection because the OPTA program was affected by cloud upload and lost the original program code.

Because if you need to restore it, you have to download the "com port" function again.

But the problem is that this will make the Arduino cloud (OVER-THE-AIR) icon disappear and the clouad connection function will be lost.

I tested it several times, and it was the same.

Any suggestions on how to solve this please???
