There is no data shown in Arduino cloud (Nano lot 33)

Hello ,
I am a beginner of Arduino.
Actuall I had already set up the board and data can be seen from the Arduino Icloud yesterday. But when I connect it today again , there is no data. Is there anybody know the reason?

Hello @marco_xi,

I see that the device was disconnected at 2024-12-10T20:22:00.131Z, and the last data was published at 2024-12-10T20:08:17.006Z, so it seems that data arrived at the Cloud.

How do you visualize the data? Did you create a dashboard?

Hi ,
Yes, I create the dashboard at 2024-12-09 and data can be seen from both the serial monitor and the dashboard. But when I reconnect it on 2024-12-10, then there is no data.

Do you see the data on the Thing page?

Could you post a screenshot of the dashboard to understand which widgets you are using?

It disconnected yesterday night, so you cannot see data in the LIVE.

You have to switch to 1D to see something.

Yes, the Advanced Chart has different time ranges that you can set and according to your choice, you see different data.

The default is Live, so you see the data published by the device while it is connected.
Since your device has been disconnected since yesterday, you have to select a different time range to see something.
In particular, 1D means that you see the data published from 1 day ago to now.

I would like to confirm the whole process if you do not mind.
So , I set up all successfully on 12-09 and I can see the data from both serial monitor and the dashboard. The data I export like this:

Then I turn it off, when I turn it on again on 12-10, if everything is fine , the board should connect to the wifi and then transmit the data to the cloud automatically without do anything. Is that right?

Yes, if the board connects to the network set, it will connect to the cloud and you will see the data in the Live section of the Advanced Chart.

Hi ,

I change the live to 7D, there is data show in the dashboard.

But it still confuse me, actually it has already happened twice. So I set up first on Sunday , and all data work. Then when I connect the board on Monday , there is no data. I think I make some wrong when I was setting up on Sunday. Then I delete the variable and thing and add them again on Monday. Then again, all the data can be seen when I finish the setting on Monday , but there is no data on Tuesday when I reconnect the board. Is that make sense?

It depends on what you mean with "no data".

Did the device connect? If not, did you switch to the 7D chart option?

The no data mean there is no live data when I connect the device. Just like I said in the beginning , the device show is online, the serial monitor show has connect to the arduino cloud, but I can not see the live data.

I suggest you write here when you reconnect the board so that I can check in live if there is a problem or not.
