At least they were not being used for an actual project. These were just being used as a learning experience. I learned that I do not like these. Before I bought them I read through the datasheet and thought I could control the current output with an analog out from the driver. I thought I could set a threshold and stop the motor via the arduino. It turned out that that was not the case at all. I will continue learning, and buy some different ones, and keep on going.
