Unable to register (genuine board ?)

Hello,

Hopefully this is the correct board for this if not (mods) please move it to the correct category.

I bought a Arduino nano 33 IOT via a 3rd party vendor and i tried registering it via board-registration.arduino.cc however it does not accept my serial as a valid serial number.

This being my first ever Arduino product i own I'm not 100% sure if it would be a genuine product however it does match the pictures on the arduino store.

The box it came in comes with a holographic water mark on the side and a serial number sticker on top. I attached some pictures.

Please can anyone help me determinate if it is a genuine board, and if so why cant i register it?

Ok, I just found out that i can add the board without a serial number, however id still like to find out if my board is genuine as it was sold as such.

Hi! Welcome to the Forum.

I can't tell you about the registering process, but it's very likely your board is a genuine one. I have one myself, bought from Arduino in USA and it´s exactly like yours, including the box and the holographic seal.
