I don't know whether this is relevant:
When the board is plugged in it creates a network ESB_0B04E09 That I can connect to without a password.
When connected to ESB_0B04E09, I can ping 192.168.4.1, but can't open that IPaddress in Safari or Chrome. Chrome responds with:

# This site can’t be reached

**192.168.4.1** refused to connect.

Try:
