Uno for uploading sketch to other board?

Hi,
Can I use Uno for uploading sketch to other boards that doesn't have USB chip(TTL to USB) something like Mini, Pro, ProMini, Sparkfun's Electric Sheep.
If I can, how to connect Uno and another board.
I think, -5V(other) to 5V (Uno)

  • GND(other) to GND(Uno)
  • CTS(other) to GND(Uno)
  • Tx(other) to Rx (Uno)
  • Rx(other) to Tx (Uno)
  • DTR(Other) to RESET(Uno)
    It is right.
    Especially I want to connect Uno to Sparkfun's Electric Sheep.
