Uno R4 WiFi board is online but no OTA option for upload

OK I updated the IDE to 2.2.1 and the firmware for the Uno R4 WiFi is available as 0.3.0 under the Firmware Updater. Unfortunately after clicking on Install the message "Installation failed. Please try again." appears after a minute or so.
