UNO vs ZERO (m0)

Hi guys,

I have a problem... I was programming all of my projects on arduino UNO, but now I must use few of them on arduino ZERO (m0).
My question is: Is there something different in programming between theese two boards? And I know some software pins like SPI can be different, but that is not problem... I will overwrite it...

it is the USB power directly
