@dax1 , I use Mac, Linux and an Android tablet. Currently on the Linux box (Mint 18.3) using Chrome Version 95.0.4638.69. The problem reappeared this morning, I think it went away when I closed the "Arduino week" banner.

This morning the issue is back. Microsoft Surface Pro6, windows 11, no extensions.

I don't see it right now on this machine: iMac macOS 10.13.6, Safari 13.1.2 (13609.3.5.1.5). I don't recall seeing it yesterday either. Perhaps the banner has been turned off while the discourse folks debug? Edit - unread is working properly though.

Sorry, that's not a Discourse banner, it was probably added via an external script which is causing unexpected scroll issues. Yes, paging is broken again. If this banner appears, it has to be closed explicitly before paging through a long thread works.
