USB Host (pi pico) for HID?

I am using arduino tools with a pi pico and the tiny usb host and I can get the example to work that reports the device connects and disconnects and the device information report. I copied the HID code from the pico toolchain examples but it isn't working. It looks like maybe tuh_hid_report_received_cb() isn't implemented for Arduino?
I hope it is and maybe I am missing something obvious to get it to work?

I can get the pico toolchain example to run with the HID reports but it looked like a lot of trouble to get other display libraries to work together I was hoping Arduino would be easier for this.

Thanks!

You can use pico toolchain code directly in the arduino if you will installed the Earle Philhower addon:

please show your code, without it is nothing to talk

The Pico-PIO-USB project is very cool but it is not yet reliable. See the github issues for USB devices that do not work with USB host mode.
