I messed up. I tried to make soldering but i gave too much press and the pads are broken. I dont know how to fix it. İm desperate. Please help.

Your board looks ugly..
But looks like through-hole pads are still usable, you can solder a piece of wire there.
Or maybe even dip-switch if you need to change option often.

Use a chisel tip, liquid flux and 370C.

- Clean the PCB with IPA using a tooth brush.
Beware IPA is flammable.
