I will using 2 extern power supply's for the Arduino Uno.
One 12V power supply for connection on the Vin of the arduino.
One 5V power supply for connection of loads.
The GND from both supply's are connected with each other.
On pin 2 of the arduino is connected to a Pull-up resistor with a switch on the gnd of the power supply.
Question, will the arduino recognized the signal with the 5V from the external supply?
I don't use the 5V output of the arduino because I have a lot of loads!
Thanx.
Thanks Grumpy_Mike for your fast answer.
I have thinking about that but is it the right way to do that without damaged the Arduino?
It has no influence on the USB-port?
