Using 4 relay module with arduino nano

Can anyone help us with this problem? The problem is that when we send signal to the bluetooth it doesn't let us turn on/off the relay, when connecting the power supply it only turns on 3 relay while last time we tried it works with all 4 relay turned on but now it's not working anymore.

Breadboards are not ideal as a connector. Maybe you should consider ways to get rid of the breadbord...
Proper connectors or soldering may help.
Or fiddle around a bit till it works again... ...for a while...
