Using arduino to conect adroid to car stereo via Bluetooth

Hi!
I want to upgrade my car's stereo using a Arduino Nano with a HC-05 Wireless Bluetooth Serial Module (Picture below) so I can make and recieve calls through my car's audio. Is this possible?

Yes, but not with the hardware you chose. Learn about Bluetooth audio transmission, then you have a better chance of knowing what you need.
