Using MIDI and MIDIUSB together?

Hi,
my project is almost perfect, a MIDI-Controller. Its works with the MIDI Library (5.0.2) on Arduinos like Uno, Nano, and on b.e. Micro with MIDISUB (1.0.5).
I now plan to use an Arduino Micro with MIDI-USB-connection and the possiblity to use a 5-pin-MIDI-connector for output as well.
Can i create such an output with the MIDIUSB-library, or do i need both libraries? What is the way to tell the MIDI-library to use an other output port for connecting the MIDI-jack?
