Have an error with the web editor initiation, returns "bad gateway", some body can help with this!!

I think we had an issue with the authentication system, let us know if it works properly now. Thanks

no, it still fails

Me too. Any word on this?

Can you include any more details.

[Take a look at this sticky post](http://How to use THIS section of the FORUM) so you know what information may help.

I've been getting the same error when using this URL to access the editor

It redirects to:

https://id.arduino.cc/cas/oauth2.0/authorize?client_id=arduinoapi&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fcreate.arduino.cc%2Feditor&access_type=offline&scope=uid+email&state=

Then, I get

502 Bad Gateway

nginx/1.4.7

One other piece of information, I normally access my project directly via URL:

Arduino Cloud/preview

This link now presents one of my projects (the wrong one). Then when I click "Sign In" in the upper right I also get "Bad Gateway". I'm on Chrome Version 57.0.2987.133 (64-bit) and on El Capitan 10.11.6.

Made a quick video of clearing the Cache and opening the chrome dev console

Thanks. I had the same error previously using Firefox as well. Would clearing the cache on Chrome also fix any issue in FF?

Unsure but certainly worth a try

Seeing same issue from my iphone and different computer too.

I already tried clearing cache and cookies to no avail. I've also tried Chrome, Firefox and IE (all on the same Windows 10 laptop) to no avail. I experienced precisely what jjadta described.

I was using the Arduino web editor a few weeks ago using the same device and browser, and didn't have any problems then. Now I can't access my code, so I'm currently rewriting the whole sketch just to change one constant :frowning:

Same with me! I also tried clearing the cache, using Chrome instead of FF, restarting router and PC...

Please do something, so I can get to the editor one last time to grab my code and run to an offline IDE! Will never use online again!

THX!

Just remembered a point made to me about trying to get into CREATE and CLOUD using Chromes "Incognito" option.

Worth a try if anyone is using Chrome and am sure there are similar options for other browsers.

Sorry about this issue, we are working to migrate to a new signup system that will eradicate all the authentication issues you have been experiencing in the last few weeks.

Thanks again for your patience, we will report back here when the new system is up.

Doesn't work for me, I also tried TOR and other relays, no use.

But during a few hours today there was no 502-error, so I got my codes safe and dry at least...

Good evening everyone. This is still occurring. :frowning: Here's hoping I can get in on the weekend.

Thanks for your feedback, it is back up now. We are going to monitor it during the weekend and migrate to the new system on Tuesday (Monday is international workers day and the Turin office is closed).

Sorry again for the issue, we cannot wait to get rid of this old login system. Please keep reporting this issue in the Forum!

Hey 00alis, this is still occurring.
