What pins would I connect each of these pins to for this spst switch?

I'm new to spst switches and I'm making a prototype for a switch board. (This switchboard is going to put in keystrokes/inputs into my pc).

And I'm wondering on a Nano what pins would i connect this to? Thanks

Any pin that you can configure for digital input. Those are spelled out in the Nano documentation.

But, those are 12V switches so you can't illuminate it and connect it directly to the Arduino at the same time. For that you need a special circuit.
