Where is the library folder in new Arduino 2.0?

Hello,
Like write on the title, I want to access to the librairie folder like older arduino version (<2.0) normaly it was in c:/program_file/arduino/librairies but I can't find the arduino folder on program file or program file (x86)... someone have issus?

Default libraries: C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\libraries
User libraries: C:\Users\[Your Username]\Documents\Arduino\libraries
