In the back of Arduino Uno R4 WIFI there is a LOVE pin! It is not present in the back of the NEW Arduino Uno Q! I am very, very, SAD!!!

I think that you never get a R4 device in your hands. It is not a LED, instead it is a heart-shaped blob of solder.

It's not just a blob of solder.
It is connected to one of the pins of the microcontroller.
