Where to download Adafruit library modules in UK or elsewhere ??

I'm not sure what you mean by "modules". If you're asking how you can install Adafruit libraries in the Arduino IDE, you can use Library Manager to install almost all of the Adafruit libraries:

If there is an Adafruit library you can't find in Library Manager, tell us the name of the library and we'll provide you with instructions for how to download it and install it.
