Where to report translation errors?

I've just switch the IDE from English to Dutch and noticed translation errors in the menu

File should be Bestand
Edit should be Bewerken.

This is correct in IDE 1.8.19 but not in IDE 2.3.4

I think creating a GitHub issue is what we’re supposed to do.
