Why is there a difference of connectors in this power FPV cable ?

Hello everyone,
I was checking an FPV system I have to try and implement it in a project I am working on. So I came a cross this cable power and I noticed there is a difference between the 2 ends of the cable connectors so I need your help please understand why the difference and is it possible to make both ends have the same as the red connector by changing the white one ?

The connectors probably match common connectors on things such as batteries. You can use any connectors that you want that meet your needs but you better have the crimp tool and possibly the tool to release pins from your connector, or be prepared to do neat soldering. There are few connectors that have screw terminals or have push-in connections.

ok I see, thank you for your help so it is a matter of matching the universal system of connectors

Every industry tends to converge on standard connectors for particular types of equipment,
but independently from other types of equipment - witness mobile phones standardizing on
micro-USB charging cables, but USB MIDI using type-B USB connectors.

Video connectors are rather an exception with DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA, SCART, ...

Sometimes connectors are deliberately chosen as obscure to prevent expensive mistakes due
to plugging the wrong things together...

yes you are right on some occasions you need to put a different connector not to make a mistake of plugging but here it is just a cable

It may be only a cable but it must be intended to plug into things at both ends. Otherwise it's completely pointless.

If the current connectors match whatever it's supposed to connect then nothing needs changing.
