Hello everyone.
I'm still new to this forum but i hope i can get some help here
So, i would like to use a Walkera Devo 7e (it will be the transmiter) to control my robot. I think i can use a nRF24IO1 as the receiver end since they both work on 2.4 GHz, but i'm not sure if this will work so easily.
Has anyone tried it yet? Is there any library that i should use so that the arduino can 'understand' what the transmiter (the Devo 7e) is 'telling' him? I also need help about what protocols will be used since i never used wireless control before...
Thanks in advance guys!

Unless you have good reason to think that the Devo 7e also uses an nRF24L01 I suspect you are out of luck.
The nRF24 devices are not general purpose 2.4GHz receivers. They are designed to work in pairs.
It is certainly possible that an nRF24 is used. From circumstantial evidence I think Spektrum R/C equipment uses Cypress 2.4GHz transceivers.
Note also that there is a significant difference between the older nRF24L01 and the current nRF24L01+
