Atmel AT24C1024BN-SH25-B EEPROM chip

Hi All, I was just wondering if anyone has used the Atmel AT24C1024BN-SH25-B EEPROM chip? It's a 1 Mbit EEPROM chip with an I2C interface. Any comments on this device?
