I found a "Toshiba TLX-1741-C3M" in a old box, can it be used with my arduino?

If the old box is big enough when the Toshiba thing is taken out, then yes.

Do i need a lot of extra stuff?

It really depends what you want in the box along with the arduino. For example, to tell the time, you might also need to fit an RTC in the box too.

i just found it in a controlpanel of some sort i had in a box, i just want it to work, how to hook it up at such things. and then when its work i can think of the use
